Kiln Formed Glass
Kiln formed glass is produced by assembling cut pieces of glass cold and firing them in a kiln. It requires a considerable knowledge of the physical properties of the glass used, and of the changes that can be wrought by its manipulation.
Barry has designed and made the machinery needed for the cold working which is a feature of Annes kiln formed glass work. They intend to create an increasing variety of work which combines the best of both their skills.
