Since the days of ancient Rome, stained glass has been a decorative medium in architecture.

While its applications may have changed over the years, the fundamentals of the craft have altered little, helping to sustain a traditional craft.

Cut pieces of glass and connected by lead came and soldered together. Then the finished piece is puttied to ensure waterproofing. Then cleaning and polishing completes the process.
